‘who we are & the stories we share’ is a short documentary about a small, inhabited island off the coast of County Donegal called Rutland. The island has an incredibly rich history and is a strong part of its natives’ identities. The aim of the documentary was to briefly share some stories of the land through one of the last people to be born on it, my grandfather Manus O’Boyle, and also to capture the peaceful and romantic nature of the place.
