My design thinking is inspired by the world around me and in particular, the world of nature; natural colours, shades and hues. From childhood holidays spent on the beaches of Donegal, I have always been interested in the ocean, sea creatures and underwater life with an awareness of the colour and vibrancy that lies under the water. My range specializes in hand embroidery, recycled polyester organza and appliqued design features using waste fabrics. The overall styling for my brand, ‘ShoSho’ juxtaposes soft sporty looks with ultra-feminine pieces.
